Nowaski, HR Building Blocks founder and president, whose background for this work includes 20+ years of public and private employment in the manufacturing, service, and transportation sectors, as well as in nonprofit and college and university settings, both union and nonunion environments.  He holds an M.A. degree in Human Resources Management and a postgraduate Certificate in Organizational Development. 

          The fee structure for these services is moderate and cost effective, and includes an on-site consultation without charge to discuss your organization's human resources needs.  Once an assignment is identified, a written proposal outlining the project and all key objectives is forwarded for final review and approval.
